Synopsis

Stone Mountain, Virginia: 1971. The Plague of the Living Dead has crept into this sleepy rural town and created a hellish nightmare from which none can escape. After taking refuge in a gymnasium, a group of survivors have locked themselves inside hoping to escape the living dead who surround the building. Soldiers Todd Clark, Steven Green and Terry Ellis have joined the group after escaping military custody. Their crime: Witnessing the terror wrought by a squad of zombie soldiers created and unleashed by the US military in the jungles of Vietnam. Pursued by the military, the soldiers want nothing more than to be reunited with the women they left behind when deployed to Vietnam. But as they have learned, one has already been slain by the ghouls, and two others are lost somewhere in the streets of Stone Mountain, helpless against the horde of walking dead..
